What Horsemen Are Saying
“Invader has a world class pedigree, excellent conformation and size. The stakes winning son by War Front is out of a graded stakes winning Galileo (IRE) mare and hails from a very live female family. His two-year-old half sister by Justify recently sold for $556,042 at GOFFS,”
Hall of Fame trainer Todd Pletcher, eight time Eclipse Award winner as the nation’s Trainer of the Year, described Vindictive as “a typical Uncle Mo offspring with great size, mental competitiveness, and definite Grade 1 stakes-winning ability.” “He was on the verge of cracking the upper echelon of racing before his career was cut short,” said Pletcher. “He put in a Brilliant effort in winning his final start at Belmont Park earlier this year, earning a 98 Beyer.”
“Invader is beautiful stakes winning horse with an impeccable pedigree, said trainer Wesley Ward. He had a lot of talent and a will to win and was a joy to train. I’m certain he will go on to be a very successful stallion.”
“Sea Wizard was a Grade 1 quality horse who dazzled when he broke his maiden at Gulfstream Park cutting ultra fast fractions and cruised to victory geared down, said Steve Young. He was a very talented horse by the great Uncle Mo and now his offspring are starting to click in a major way with 5 individual MSW winning 2 year olds in 2023.”
“I’m committed to the New Jersey-bred program,” Carmine Spinella said after purchasing Invader (by, War Front). “With the purse incentive structure in New Jersey, there’s such good opportunity in the state.”
“Vindictive is an impressive physical specimen who has both performance and pedigree on his resume, said Alex Solis II, of the Solis/Litt Bloodstock Agency. “His four victories from eight starts came in New York against top competition, including a decisive win over Cody’s Wish. Vindictive comes from the esteemed Uncle Mo line, known for producing exceptional sires, and he’s a half-brother to the champion Stopchargingmaria.”
